First day of third grade

I can't believe that Maddie is in third grade!  She is growing up so fast.  This year, she actually cared about shopping for clothes.  She had to have that blue shirt she's wearing.  I would never had paid that much for anything, BUT she liked it.  Maddie usually doesn't care, so I got it for her. 

First one in line at the bus stop...she was ready for school an hour early. 

First one on the bus, and took the very back seat with her friends.  Times have changed in the past few years.  She used to sit right up by the bus driver every day!

Here's hoping we have a fantastic year in third grade.

Kristen, you'll be happy to know that she has to miss school on Friday for my nephew's wedding, so that perfect attendance thing is out the window already!
